Teachers' zone

The aims of the Sneezesafe program are as follows:

To raise awareness about the importance of correct hygiene and tissue use in counteracting the spread of viruses
To encourage children to follow a simple 1-2-3 message in line with Department of Health guidelines for respiratory and hand hygiene:
To enable learning via a free web-based resource which meets the health and wellbeing curriculum of individual states, plus downloadable content
To reinforce the same messages to parents to encourage tissue use in the home
